We recommend checking the guest out early in your PMS. Ivy will automatically check out any guests who leave on time.
Do not use Ivy Check Out as a way to stop guests from receiving Ivy Messages. If you check guests out before they are checked out in the PMS when Ivy syncs with the PMS it will check them back in and send a new Welcome message
