Staff can use guest notes in Ivy for reminders or issues with guests. Ivy will save notes for all stays, so you can quickly look at old notes if they apply to newer stays.
Access the guest Info panel by selecting the chat for the guest you want to write notes for, then click the person icon in the top right corner of the guest info bar
When the guest info panel opens, type in the “Add new guest notes” box, then click the Add Note button. All past notes will be in a scroll-down list underneath the text entry, with the most recent note listed first.
Notes can also be found and entered in the guest profile.
