You can add tags to guests to filter, display, and group messages as needed.
For example, if you have a group of guests staying at your hotel for a convention, you can tag them with the convention name and send group messages with any updates related to the convention.
Tagging a guest
Navigate to the guest that you want to add tags to and click on the person icon in the top bar of the message screen
This will open the Guest profile sidebar with info about the guest and their stay and a section for tags.
To add a tag, type it in the Add new Guest Tag box. Any tags already assigned to the guest will be underneath the Add a New Tag box.
When you start typing, if you have loaded any tags into the system, a list of optional tags will drop down, and you can select from them.
If you want to add a new tag, type it in and hit enter.
Removing Tags
To remove a tag from a guest, go to their guest profile, hover over the tag, and click the x that appears.
