The Search Bar in the top right corner of the console will allow you to search all guests that have stayed at your hotel, current and prior. Type in a guest's name or room number to bring up their chat.
Pro Tip: Using the search bar, you can search for the beginning of a name or room number and reveal all relative results (Example: Searching for “3” will show guests in all room numbers that begin with 3)
When you click on the search bar, the menu will expand, allowing you to search for guests in a range of room numbers or filter the guests by associated tags.
