You can find the Property Details in the Setup Menu
Accessing Property Details
Click the 3 dot menu in the Ivy Chat window, then click set up.
At the top of this page, you can see your property name, dedicated Ivy SMS number, timezone, and if your Ivy is active or inactive.
Editing Property Details
On the property details page, you can edit your property's basic information, trip advisor details, and blackout hours for Ivy texting campaigns.
Edit your property's basic information
- Click the hotel name box to edit your property's name and type the correct name.
- You cannot update your Ivy number. If for some reason this number needs to be changed, please contact your CSM.
- Timezone should reflect your time zone, so all time stamps and analytics reflect your timezone. If it does not, select the drop-down and change to the correct timezone.
- Change your check-in and check-out times if needed by clicking the clock button in the time boxes and selecting your desired time.
Edit Trip Advisor Details
Tripadvisor Details allows you to add your Tripadvisor page, which will be sent to guests when they leave you a positive rating.
You can also add your rank, competition size, total reviews, and rating to reflect your start date to monitor progress over time.
Choose when Ivy is allowed to send campaigns
Use the slider to select the window of time when Ivy is allowed to send campaigns to your guests. Campaigns include Welcome, Rating, Skip line, Checkout, and any pre-set scheduled message that sends automatically.
As stated, Ivy will reschedule campaigns scheduled outside the allowed hours for delivery during the hours you set here. If a guest texts Ivy outside the permitted hours, Ivy will still respond. Per TCPA guidelines, we cannot send messages from 9 PM to 8 AM.
When making any changes remember to select Save in the bottom right-hand corner of the page
