There are multiple ways you can make Outbound Calls to guests using Revinate tools. Anytime you make Outbound Calls from Revinate, we can track the information of that phone call. If the calls are made from local desk phones outside of Revinate, there will be no record, timestamp or recording for the call. To keep all pertinent call data and to keep your communications as organized as possible, it is recommended to make Outbound Calls one of the following ways:
From the Lead Form
This is the preferred way to call guests back. Once you find the saved lead form for the guest you are calling, open the lead and find the small green phone icon next to the desired number:
(Note: If you are filling out a new lead, the green phone icons will not appear until you have saved the lead)
Once you hit the green phone icon, the call will first connect with you as an incoming call normally would, then it will dial out to the guest.
Calling guests back through the lead form will keep the call in the Conversation History at the bottom of the lead, making it easily accessible.
From HUB
If it is not possible to make an Outbound Call through a lead form, the call can be made directly from the HUB home screen. If you are not in an active call, you will see a blue circle with a phone icon:
After you hit the blue circle, you are presented with a New Call menu. Type in the number you wish to call out to and hit the "Call" button:
After you hit the call button, the call will first dial to you as a normal Inbound Call would, then the call will dial out to the guest.
If an Outbound Call is made directly through the HUB screen, it will be filed in the Outbound Call log but will not be associated with a lead conversation history.
