This report provides conversion metrics, broken down by agent, for the abandoned cart leads (ACL) assigned to them for follow-up. For each agent you will find information on the total amount of revenue attributed to their Abandoned Cart follow-up efforts, the number of ACLs assigned to them, number of bookings resulting from abandoned cart followup, the average revenue per ACL lead, the average revenue per booked ACL and that agents ACL conversion percentage. On the right-hand side of this report, you can also view the total number of ACLs in each lead status. This is also broken down by agent.
- Last Followup Agent: A list of agents who were assigned to follow up on Abandoned cart leads.
- Source Revenue: Total revenue attributed to abandoned cart leads.
- Leads: Total abandoned cart leads.
- Booked: Total number of abandoned cart leads converted into a booking.
- Rev/Lead: Average amount of revenue per abandoned cart lead. (Leads/Source Revenue).
- Rev/Booked: Average amount of revenue per booked abandoned cart lead (Source Revenue/Booked).
- Conv%: Number of abandoned cart bookings divided by the number of abandoned cart leads.
- Auto_Complete: Abandoned cart leads with an Auto_Complete lead status.
- Booked: Abandoned cart leads with a Booked lead status.
- Cancelled: Abandoned cart leads with a Cancelled lead status.
- Complete: Abandoned cart leads with a Complete lead status.
- Followup: Abandoned cart leads with a Followup lead status.
- In-Process: Abandoned cart leads with an In-Process lead status.
- Not Booked: Abandoned cart leads with a Not Booked lead status.
