- From within a RezForce Lead, under RezForce Lead Information, click the Feedback button.
- Click RezForce Feedback.
- In the Request Type drop-down select the desired type of feedback you would like to provide.
- With the request type selected, information on the details to provide will pop up. Enter Request Details in the box provided (reason for cancellation, the reason an adjustment is necessary and the specific amount to be adjusted etc).
- Click Next.
- Once you select Next, a screen appears that allows you to browse folders on your computer in which you can locate a screen grab or saved image or document to upload and attach to the Cancellation Request.
- Click Done.
