WEEK THREE
Welcome to Week Three of your Six Weeks to Success! This week will focus on learning and using the reports that you will need to guide your Reservations team to success. Now that you have had the chance to score some calls, you will review your call scoring with us and we will complete a call calibration, that way everyone is on the same page with how to score calls. In addition, we will create Coaching Sessions for each of your agents. We will also focus and discuss plans for agents that may need a little extra help.
