WEEK FIVE
In week four of the Six Weeks to Success you went over how to read the KPI report and how to input your monthly goals. In week five, we will take that a step further and go over some of the strategy you will want to consider when setting your KPI goals and interpreting the results. This will start to give you a greater understanding of how you can begin to measure the performance at your property and of your team. We will also look at 2 important reports, the non-booked report and the nightly lead demand report, that can help you manage your room availability in order to increase your occupancy. The non-booked report allows you to look at Not Booked leads by their non-booking reason in order to identify policies that may be preventing bookings. This report goes hand in hand with the Nightly Lead Demand Report that enables you to view Booked and Not Booked leads by stay night.
