Note: If you are a Reservations Agent needing access to your call recordings, you will need to have your manager set this up for you. This article provides the steps to accomplish this.
Modify Call Recording Access in Revinate
Navigating to User Admin:
Navigate to Reservation Sales in Revinate
In the top menu bar click on account settings and then click on User Admin in the drop-down
User Admin Page
The User Admin page is shown below. There is a Recording tab and a User Admin tab
The recording tab will grant permissions for call recordings. There are 3 settings in the drop-down for recording access roles:
- No access- Cannot Access or listen to recordings/voicemails
- Listener- grants agents the ability to listen to call recordings/voicemails.
- Admin- allows listening permissions and the ability to download and delete call recordings
Click on the desired role to give the user access. The dropdown will automatically save the agent's settings.
The User Admin tab allows you to grant anyone access to the user admin page so they are able to change other agents' listening permissions.
Click on the dropdown and select Admin to allow admin access. The dropdown will automatically save the agent's settings.
