This report measures lead conversion and revenue that originated from a WebChat (Push2Talk chat session) for each of your agents.
Data and key filters in this report include:
- Start/End Date - Filters narrow down the data displayed by “ContactDate”
- Source Revenue – Total amount of booked revenue for leads originated from WebChast contact type
- Leads – Total number of WebChat leads based on ContactDate
- Booked – Total number of WebcChat originated booked leads
- Revenue / Lead – Total amount of WebChat-originated revenue divided by total amount of WebChat leads
- Revenue / Booked – Total amount of WebChat-originated revenue divided by the number of WebChat bookings
- Conversion % - Percentage of WebChat leads that were booked
