Marketing Tools > Image Library
The Reservation Sales Suite Image Library is where all of your images are imported to and housed. Images uploaded to this Library can be used in Email Templates or as Campaign Images which appear in Reservation Sales Suite Lead forms. Campaign images allow agents to view an image (often a promotional offer) to see the promotion the potential guest is calling about.
To add an image to the Image Library:
1. Navigate to Marketing Tools > Image Library.
2. Click the Green Plus Icon.
3. Enter a Description
4. Select a Document Type
- For pictures that you would like to display within your template choose Clip Art.
- For Campaign Images that you would like to assign to a campaign choose Campaign Image.
- All other Document Types are for attachments to an email. Select the most appropriate category based on the document Type
Note: If you subscribe to the Marketing Suite you will also see all images imported into the system in the Image Library under the Marketing Suite (Reach) Images Document Type in the Image Library itself.
5. Click Choose File
6. Click on the file you would like to upload.
7. Click Open
8. Click Save
