Account Settings > Agent Teams
This tool gives you the ability to create “Teams” within your account. This comes in handy for clients with larger reservations teams with multiple supervisors. When teams are created, it allows you to run reports and view performance metrics specific to each individual team as well as compare individual team performance against one another.
To create a team you will navigate to “Account Settings” and select “Agent Teams” from the dropdown.
Once in Agent Teams, you will have the ability to view current teams that are created, edit existing team names and or delete teams as well. To edit an existing team, simply click on the grey pencil icon. This allows you to edit the team name. To delete an existing team, click on the trash can.
To create a new team, click on the green plus icon. Once there, you will enter in the name of the team you wish to create and hit save.
Once your teams have been created, you will have the ability to add individual agents to their respective teams under the “Agents” menu under “Account Settings” (Account Settings > Agents). With the “Agents” page open, locate the desired agent and click the grey pencil icon to the left of their name. This will take you the “Agent Edit” screen. On the “Settings” tab, you will have the ability to designate which team you would like the individual agent to be a part of. Once you have selected the desired team, click save for the changes to apply.
