Account Settings > Templates > Email > Auto Responder
Auto Responders are a great way to let your guests know that you have received their email and will respond as soon as possible. You can also add links to your website, phone numbers for 24 / 7 new reservation support (if Revinate RezForce is used), or links to your Website Contact Us Form.
To set up an Auto Responder:
1. Navigate to Account Settings > Templates > Email > Auto Responder.
2. In the Subject field, enter something relevant to the inquiries sent to you (i.e. Your Maui Vacation Inquiry). In the Display Name field, you should enter the name of your company so that the replies do not show as coming from Revinate.
3. Add the body of the email auto response. We recommend that you add a hyperlink to your Website to direct people to your various other properties. Use the Templates menu to insert the Campaign Toll Free number so the guests are calling you back on the appropriate number.
4. Click Save Changes.
