Account Settings > Call Results
Call Results are selected by Reservation Agents each time a call is taken in Agent.
These are established when we initially implement the Reservation Sales Suite. However, should you like to add or remove Call Results, you can do so at any time.
To add Call Results:
1. Navigate to Account Settings > Call Results.
2. Click the Green Plus Icon to Add a call result.
3. Add a Result Code (This number corresponds to where the call result will display in the list. Lower numbers appear higher in the list).
4. Add a Description (This appears in the Call Result drop down menu).
5. Click the Reservation or Lead Check-box if the call should result in a lead form being created.
Note: We recommend working with your Customer Success Manager on strategy related to adding or removing call results.
To remove Call Results:
1. Navigate to Account Settings > Call Results.
Click the Trash Can next to the call result you would like to remove.
Note: Only Custom Call Results can be removed from this list. Default Call results cannot be removed.
Additional information on Call Results:
Leads can be filtered by Call Result in the Reservation Sales Suite (Leads > Leads > New Filter).
Inbound Phone Calls can be filtered by Call Result in the Reservation Sales Suite (Tracking > Inbound Calls).
The Call Results Exception Report displays call results based on both individual usage and team averages. There are a variety of ways to sort this data. However, the report was created to help identify overuse or incorrect use of “Non-Lead Call Results” since this misuse greatly affects call conversion accuracy and marketing reporting. (Reports > Scoring/Monitoring Reports > Call Results Exception Report).
The Call Results Audit Report records call results changed in the Reservation Sales Suite. It shows you, by agent, the call date/time, phone number, previous call result, new call result, and the person who changed the call result. (Reports > Scoring/Monitoring Reports > Call Results Audit Report).
