Account Settings > Phone/Email > No Lookup Addresses
No Lookup Addresses block that Address from being matched/associated with a guest. This will stop caller data from populating on Lead Forms and will also prevent the combining of contacts within the CRM. We encourage you to work with your Customer Success Manager if you would like to use this feature.
To configure a No Lookup Address:
- Navigate to Account Settings > Phone/Email > No Lookup Addresses.
- Click the green plus icon.
- Enter an Address.
- Click Save.
