Account Settings > Phone/Email > No Lookup Phone Numbers
No Data Dip Numbers and No Lookup Phone numbers are often used in conjunction. For more information on these features we recommend working with your Customer Success Manager . A brief description of what each does can be found below.
No Lookup Phone Numbers block the phone number from being matched/associated with a guest. This will stop caller data from populating on Lead Forms and will also prevent the combining of contacts within the CRM. Reservation Agents will be provided a blank lead form no matter how many times the phone number is tracked in our system. Here you will often want to add phone numbers that can be attributed to numerous non-related guests. This is very commonly used for Local Line Transfers (Hotel direct numbers), Corporate offices where an Executive Assistant may reserve rooms for numerous people etc.
No Data Dip Numbers allow the user to define certain telephone numbers to not display phone number caller data in HUB. Frequently, a no data-dip phone number will be a local call forwarded phone number.
To configure a No Lookup Phone number:
- Navigate to Account Settings > Phone/Email > No Lookup Phone Numbers.
- Click the green plus icon.
- Enter a phone number.
- Click Save.
