Account Settings > Phone/Email > Blocked Email Addresses
If there is a specific emailer that pushes unnecessary emails into the system (normally spammers), you can block the email from ever generating a lead form and stops it from entering your database.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Phone/Email > Blocked Email Addresses
- Click the green plus icon
- Enter the email address you wish to block
- Click Save
Additionally you can block all emails from a specific domain such as @naviscrm.com by entering the % symbol as a wildcard.
For example: If you wanted to block all emails from users with a @fakedomain email address you would add %@fakedomian.com in the email address column.
Account Settings > Phone/Email > Blocked Email Subjects
If there is a specific SPAM emailer or other sender with a consistent subject line that is being pushed into the Reservation Sales Suite, you can block the subject (as long as it is consistent) from ever generating a lead form. You can choose to apply this to only new leads or to include existing leads.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Phone/Email > Blocked Email Subjects
- Click the green plus icon
- Enter the email subject you wish to block
- Click Save
Account Settings > Phone/Email > Blocked Phone Number
This feature is an option to block a phone number that is faxing your reservation number, a phone solicitation or a phone scammer. If a number is on this list, no matter what number that guest calls inside your account it will never be allowed to reach the property. It will play three beeps when our system recognizes the number on the list and automatically disconnects the caller. This feature should be used sparingly.
To configure a Blocked Phone Number:
- Navigate to Account Settings > Phone/Email > Blocked Phone Numbers.
- Click the green plus icon.
- Enter a phone number and description.
- Click Save.
