Tracking > Chat Log
Please note that Chat Log displays the Chat Logs for Push2Chat conversations with customers. To view Chat Logs for internal Team Chat messages navigate to: Account Settings > Instant Message Log
Administrators have the ability to view agents chat logs.
Begin by clicking on “Tracking”, then select Chat Log.
The agent chat log will be generated allowing you to narrow your search filter with specific agents and dates. When you have found the specific chat you are looking for click “Detail”.
The chat is now displayed according to your search criteria.
