Account Settings > ELM > Reasons For Stay
Reasons For Stay are selected by Agents each time a Lead Form in saved in the system.
Selecting the appropriate “Reasons for Stay” for your particular resort is important information for several reasons. Most importantly, identifying “Reasons for Stay” will allow your Marketing Team to more effectively market to your clients and potential clients with targeted material for the future.
Leads can be filtered by reason for stay in the ELM Lead Grid (Leads > Leads > New Filter)
Additionally both the Call Compliance Report and the Booked Lead Compliance report will show you Agents with leads where a Reason for stay was not selected. These leads are considered out of compliance.

The Nightly Lead Demand Report can also be filtered for Reason For Stay
