Account Settings > Phone/Email > No Lookup Email Addresses
Using this feature blocks the email address from being matched/associated with a guest. This feature provides a blank lead form no matter how many times the email address is tracked in our system. It also stops the CRM from using that email address to combine contacts. Enter in email addresses that can be attributed to numerous non-related guests.
This is the same functionality as No Data Dip Phone Numbers except for emails pushed into system.
This is commonly used to block domains of the company if agents push emails into the system.
You can perfrom a no look up for all emails from a specific domain such as @naviscrm.com by entering the % symbol as a wildcard.
For example: If you wanted to have the system perform the No Lookup for all emails from users with a @fakedomain email address you would add %@fakedomian.com in the email address column.
Please note: This can affect other features and settings outside of this product, such as Revinate Marketing with Seed Lists and Test Audiences. Consult your Customer Success Manager with any questions.
To configure a No Lookup Email Address:
- Navigate to Account Settings > Phone/Email > No Lookup Email Addresses.
- Click the green plus icon.
- Enter an Email address.
- Click Save.
