Campaigns > Campaign Setup > Campaign Categories
Campaign Categories help you to determine what type of media was used to attract a potential guest. They also assist in report filters. The categories are pre-set. You have the ability to add to the list, but we discourage removing existing categories.
Adding Campaign Categories
Campaign categories are set up on the campaign categories page. (Campaigns > Campaign Setup > Campaign Categories).
Assigning Campaign Categories
Categories can then be selected from the drop-down menu when creating a new campaign. (Campaigns > Campaign > Add New).
Filtering by Campaign Categories
Within the Campaign menu (Campaigns > Campaigns) you can filter by Category. This is helpful if you have a large number of campaigns.
Leads can also be filtered by Campaign Category in the ELM grid (Leads > Leads > New Filter)
