This report shows you the amount of revenue on the books for online vs. offline contact methods. Online is defined by guests that book directly on your website and offline is defined as all bookings made by your agents including inbound phone calls, RezForce, email leads, web chat leads, outbound leads, and agent-created leads.
This report provides information from your reservations data when you have an interface. It shows you which months the booked revenue for the current month will be actualized going forward and is automatically filtered by the following: reports revenue based on check-in date, excludes average daily rates below $49 and above $3,000, and excludes lengths of stay longer than 31 days. The date period defaults to six months forward.
