This report tracks the number of calls RezForce answered, the leads initiated by RezForce, the leads that RezForce booked, and the RezForce leads your agents booked.
Data and key filters in this report include:
- RezForce Calls – The number of calls RezForce answered. Note that this may differ from the actual number of leads since more than one call from the same guest still results in only one lead form being created in
- RezForce Lead Calls – Total lead calls taken by RezForce
- RezForce Booked Calls – Total booked calls taken by RezForce
- RezForce Conversion Rate – Percentage of RezForce lead calls that were booked
- Booked by RezForce – Total Booked leads from RezForce
- Started by RezForce – Total leads booked by your team that originated from a RezForce lead
- Assisted by RezForce – Total booked leads that were not started or finished by RezForce but where RezForce took a call from the guest during the sales cycle
- Lead Follow up Details – This section details the call results selected for follow up leads sent to your team from RezForce
- Call Result – Possible call results that RezForce may have selected
- Leads – Total leads created for each call result selected
- Booked Leads – Total leads for each call result selected that were booked by your team
- Revenue – Total revenue attributed to booked leads by call result
- Avg. Booking Amt – Total Revenue attributed to booked leads divided by the total number of booked leads by call result
- Follow-Up Conversion – Percentage of leads that were booked by call result
