This report measures email conversion and revenue for each of your agents. This report looks at the last follow up agent that responded to an email. This report is different from the inbound/Outbound Call Conversion Reports in that it reports on email origination vs. the booking method.
Data and key filters in this report include:
- Start/End Date - Filters narrow down the data displayed by contact date
- Source Revenue – Total amount of booked revenue for leads originated from email contact
type - Leads – Total number of email leads based on contact date
- Booked – Total number of email originated booked leads
- Revenue / Lead – Total amount of email-originated revenue divided by total amount of email leads
- Revenue / Booked – Total amount of email-originated revenue divided by the number of email
bookings - Conversion % - Percentage of email leads that were booked
- Additional Call Results – If you select “All” for your call result columns then you will also see all call
