Adding Users to Reservation Sales
Access the Login page for the Reservation Sales Suite either through HUB: Reservation Sales > My Start Page or through home.revinate.com
Select the Reservation Sales solution tile
From within Reservation Sales navigate to: Account Settings > Agents
Locate an existing team member to notate their configuration settings by clicking the Grey Pencil button next to their name. The below boxes in red are what you are looking for in the Settings and Skills tabs. The skills you select will be unique to your business.
Click Cancel once you have noted or taken a screen shot of the current agent settings.
Look at the Agent I.D.’s from the list and write down the next available number (User ID’s can never be reused)
Click the Green Plus button next to Agent ID to create a new user:
Complete all necessary fields (see red boxes from the above screenshots) with the new employee’s information.
Click Save.
Be very careful when entering the email and name, as they cannot be changed and cannot be reused in a new profile.
After creating and giving access to the user, an email will be sent to the user with login instructions to the Revinate system.
The link in the email will expire after 2 hours and the new user will then need to login directly through our website www.home.revinate.com and use the “Forgot” password option to create a password.
Next Steps
Providing Users with Access to Call Recordings:
Note: This is something that can only be done by those with Administrator permissions. If you do not have access you will need to submit a ticket to support@revinate.com requesting access to User Admin.
- Navigate to Account Settings > User Admin
- From the User Admin page, each user on the account will display, along with their Recording Access Role
- Click the dropdown menu to the right of the user’s name.
- Choose the desired level of access. (This is automatically saved once selected).
There are 3 levels of access that can be assigned to a user:
- Admin – can listen to all recordings on an account
- Listener – can only listen to recordings of their own calls
- No Access – cannot listen to any recordings
Final Step
Contact Revinate Education Team at Education@revinate.com to have new users enrolled in Revinate University.
The Education Team will need the following information:
- Users' First & Last Name
- Email Address
- Position within your company (Agent, Manager, Marketing)
