Account Settings > RezForce RezGuide Change
There are two ways to makes changes to your RezForce RezGuide:
- From the main menu select Product > RezForce RezGuide Change
- From The Reservation Sales Suite, choose Account Settings > RezForce RezGuide Change
Once you have selected RezForce RezGuide Change from the account setting menu, a new browser window will open up with the terms change tool as well as your account's terms document in its entirety on the left-hand side.
Enter your Contact Name and Contact E-mail Address.
On the left-hand side where the terms are, choose the category that requires an update.
Make the edit(s) in the white area.
Click on “Submit Request” when you are done.
A RezForce representative will contact you via e-mail if there are any questions. A notification will be sent when your RezGuide has been updated.
If there are immediate changes that need to be made to RezGuide, please contact your Customer Success Manager or call 800-777-1864 and ask to speak to a RezForce Supervisor.
