HUB Live Answer Call Flow & Suggested Configuration
HUB is capable of being configured to work for live answer applications. Live answer could be utilized if you would prefer an operator be in place to field calls and then transfer to a specific location or skill rather than having an IVR system in place. It is strongly suggested that you work with your Customer Success Manager to determine if this is the best configuration for your business.
