This report shows you, by originating agent, the number of leads created by the agent, the number and percentage of leads with email addresses, the number and percentage of leads with DNA (did not ask), and the number and percentage of leads with RTG (refused to give). We recommend utilizing this report to help you determine which agents need additional coaching on how to obtain email addresses on all lead calls, whether booked or not booked.
