The Revinate Reservation Sales Suite, HUB and Revinate Q-Vue will be used by your reservations staff and reservations managers.
- Each workstation should have a reliable, high-speed internet connection allowing communication between Revinate servers, HUB and Q-Vue on HTTPS port 443. Traffic will be initiated from your network. This typically means you will need to allow outbound traffic to Revinate systems. The firewall should allow the response back in. If using a proxy server, the proxy server must be configured to allow this traffic through. Enterprise antivirus solutions may need to be adjusted as well.
- HUB and Q-Vue initiate communications with Revinate systems at IP blocks 199.125.15.0/24 and 192.83.222.0/24, as well as the URLs ressales-hub.revinate.com and ressales.revinate.com as well as ressales-teamchat.revinate.com if they use Team Chat. Firewall rules may need to be modified to allow this traffic, depending on configuration. (See the latter half of requirement a.) If you are using Virtual Phone in HUB please have your IT team allow the following:

- A unique, direct, and dedicated 10-digit phone number for each workstation using HUB. Please note that a reanalysis of the existing phone system should be considered to ensure sufficient trunk capacity, as toll free calls will now be routed through to dedicated phone numbers. In addition, planned local line transfers will utilize three lines per phone call. Revinate recommends analyzing how many concurrent lines will be needed for all of the aforementioned scenarios.
- Each workstations needs:
- A client operating system currently under active lifecycle support and that is capable of supporting one of the following browsers: Chrome, FireFox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
- External speakers (on each workstation) that allow an audible notification of an inbound call, email and instant message from HUB or Q-Vue.
- A .docx and .xlsx compliant reader. Revinate Reservation Sales Suite data is exported in .xlsx format for reporting purposes. Additionally, .docx formatted documents are available in the Knowledge Base.
- The following items are recommended to ensure operational efficiency:
- Dual monitors so that HUB and your property management system can be accessed simultaneously. This is strongly recommended and typically an inexpensive upgrade.
- Hands-free headsets for agents to seamlessly answer phones and type on their keyboard.
