1. Navigate to: Leads > Leads > New Filter
This function provides Reservation Managers the ability to assign leads in a Follow- Up or In-Process status to specific agents. In addition, reminder emails can be set up for agents to remind them that they have leads that need follow-up. There are three different icons that denote various types of lead assignment:
Lead is unassigned
Lead is assigned to an agent, but no reminder is set
Lead is assigned to an agent with a date/time email reminder email
You can make changes from the grid to all three of these lead assignment types.
2. To make a change to the lead assignment, select the blue user icon (click once) and an assignment window will appear:
3. From here you can select an agent and also select a date and time for the reminder email to be sent. Click Save when complete.
