Reports > Conversion Reports > Inbound Call Conversion
This report measures inbound call conversion and revenue for each of your agents (using call result column of Booked Column Only). It can also be used to monitor high call result percentages for your agents (using call result column of All, % of Answered).
Data and key filters in this report include:
- Start/End Date - Filters narrow down the data displayed by original “Contact Date”
- Answered — Total number of calls answered by the agents selected. Please note that you may want to filter down and exclude “Non-Reservation Agent” calls
- Booked Revenue — Total amount of booked revenue for all booked leads. Revenue is recorded for the agent that booked the lead and displays leads by booking date
- Inbound Call Booked Revenue — Total amount of revenue booked by inbound call booking method only - revenue is recorded for the agent that booked the lead and displays leads by booking date
- Reservation / Lead Calls — Total number of lead calls (usually Booked, Hot Lead, and Not Booked)
- Res / Lead Rate — Percentage of total answered calls that were lead calls
- Revenue / Answered — Total amount of inbound call booked revenue divided by the total number of calls answered
- Revenue / Res|Lead — Total amount of inbound call booked revenue divided by the total number of lead calls answered
- Revenue / Booked — Total amount of inbound call booked revenue divided by the total number of booked calls
- Conversion % - Percentage of lead calls that were booked
- Booked — Total number of inbound booked calls, displays leads by created date
- Additional Call Results — If you select “All” for your call result columns then you will also see all call results used by your reservations staff

Reports > Conversion Reports > Inbound Call Conversion > select Chart button
This chart defaults to showing you the agent's conversion rate compared to the team (as shown below). You can also choose to add the following metrics: Res|Lead Call Rate, Team Average Res|Lead Rate, and Number of Calls Booked. This report is also exportable via the drop downs listed under this icon: To drill down on an individual agent, click on the bar above the agent's name and a bar graph will display conversion trends for that agent for the past six months.
