Campaigns > Campaign Analysis
This report shows call volume and marketing performance on unique toll-free numbers based on the date period and filters selected. Note the following options and definitions for the campaign analysis report.
- Start and end date filters refer to contact date for the call volume and performance metrics selected.
- In addition, you can enable the following check boxes:
- Show Connection Status column shows the varying types of calls reported for each toll-free number.
- Multi-Select Mode allows multiple selections of filter criteria.
- Show Non-Campaign Revenue adds a row to display any revenue that didn’t have a campaign attached.
- The first two columns of the Campaign Analysis show the Campaign name and the toll free number associated with it:
- The next three columns on the report represent the call activity for the Campaign:
-
- Total Calls - Shows the total number of calls that came through on the Campaign.
- Answered IB Calls - Show the number of calls from the Campaign that were answered.
- Booked Leads - The number of leads marked booked from calls from the Campaign.
- The following revenue columns on the report are defined as follows:
-
- Total Revenue equals all revenue on any booked lead form regardless of booking method.
- Online Booked Revenue is just that – revenue from online bookings. It will only display if the property management system sends Revinate online booked revenue.
- Agent Booked Revenue indicates that this revenue was booked by a reservations agent. Also known as “offline” revenue, it is comprised of inbound call sales, and may also include email and chat sales.
- Booking Assist on other campaigns revenue indicates that the corresponding campaign was the final number the caller dialed upon booking. Revinate gives revenue credit to the original campaign so it is not necessary to adjust reported revenue for the given campaign. This column is intended to help clients identify that a toll-free campaign contributed to the booking even if it wasn’t the original trigger.
- Note that the three right-most columns on this report relate to inbound calls only. Therefore, it is possible to have revenue for a campaign and no “Booked” inbound calls since outbound and other methods would report to the revenue as well but wouldn’t have a booked inbound call. Conversely, you can have a booked inbound call without revenue if the reservations agent didn’t correctly fill out the lead form.
