This report displays key performance statistics for any campaign that has inbound email activity directed into the Reservation Sales Suite and is categorized as a Listing Inquiry Campaign.
- The date filters for this report display leads based on original contact date.
- There are several volume-based metrics shown on the report including leads, cost/lead, revenue (total revenue), rev/lead and rev/booked.
- In addition, you will find a lead conversion percentage calculated by dividing Booked Leads into Total Leads.
- Lead status is also indicated for all email leads identified during the given period.
