This report updates at midnight every night so you will not see the current days data in the report
This report shows you, by agent, the number of bookings and revenue associated with different booking methods based on the Account Booking Date of the given leads.
For example, if a guest made an inbound call on a Monday, but the booking did not occur until Thursday via an outbound call, the Booking Method report will reflect the booking under the outbound call columns for the Thursday date.
Within the report you will see a variety of columns. Listed below are the columns and what they mean:
Booked: total booked by the agent through all methods
Revenue: total revenue the agent generated through all methods.
Rev/Booked: Revenue per booking.
Booked Agent: Leads with a booking method of Agent.
Revenue Agent: Revenue generated by the Agent booking method.
Booked Email: Leads with a booking method of Email.
Revenue Email: Revenue generated by the Email booking method.
Booked Inbound Call: Leads with a booking method of Inbound Call.
Revenue Inbound Call: Revenue generated by the inbound call booking method.
Booked Outbound Call: Leads with a booking method of outbound call.
Revenue Outbound Call: Revenue generated by the outbound call booking method.

If you would like to see bookings and revenue generated by your interface, please contact your CSM or our Support team to turn this on.
Booked Interface: Guest bookings that have been interfaced to Reservation Sales from your property management system. If there are agent created leads for guests that book through another method such as website, OTA, etc, the new booking will update that agents lead form to be booked, and attribute the revenue to that agent.
Revenue Interface: Revenue from guest bookings that have come from the interface connection.
