This report is used to ensure all of your booked lead forms contain the three elements of compliance — email address, dates of stay and reason for stay. This report also lists total booked revenue and highlights booked leads without revenue attributed to them. This data includes all lead contact types including inbound calls, outbound calls, email leads, Push2Chat leads, and agent-created leads. Data is compiled based on original Contact Date.
This article explains each of the column headers in the Booked Lead Compliance Report as well as instructions on how to fix your booked leads to ensure compliance. Please note that unlike the Agent Call Compliance Report, this report contains booked leads only. In addition, the data from this report is compiled based on Contact Date ONLY. On a weekly basis review this report for booked leads that are not compliant. The Booked Lead Compliance Report shows you, by agent, all ELM booked leads including inbound calls, outbound calls, email leads, web chat leads, and agent leads that are not compliant.
Booked ELM Leads — this column shows you the number of booked leads by agent.
Amount — this column shows the total booked revenue for all leads by agent.
Booked ELM Leads W/O Dates — this column shows you ELM leads that are missing dates of stay. To fix these leads select View/Edit Lead from the lead in the ELM lead screen and enter the dates of stay.
Booked ELM Leads W/O Email - this column shows you booked ELM leads that are missing email addresses or where the agent selected that they Did Not Ask - DNA. To fix these leads select View/Edit Lead from the lead in the ELM lead screen and enter the email address if you have it. If you asked, but the person did not want to give you the email address, you can select Refused to Give — RTG checkbox. If you did not ask select the Did Not Ask — DNA checkbox.
Booked ELM Leads W/O Reasons for Stay — this column shows you booked ELM leads that are missing dates of stay. To fix these leads select View/Edit Lead from the ELM lead screen and select the reason for stay.
Booked ELM Leads W/O Revenue - this column shows you the number of booked ELM leads that are missing the booking amount (revenue). To fix these leads select View/Edit Lead for the lead in the ELM lead screen, select the lead status follow up, then select the booked lead status again. The system will then prompt you to enter the confirmation number and booking amount.
