This report shows you the average combined time an agent spends in call “Talk Time” and in Wrap-Up. It also shows you the team average handle time (Talk + Wrap time) and talk time so you can see which agents are above or below the average. You can filter by primary agents and call results to show all agent activity within a given time period. In addition you can adjust the report to show inbound or outbound call volume in addition to showing the actual data table that makes up the graph. The date period defaults to month-to-date.
