Tracking > Coaching Sessions
1. Navigate to Tracking > Coaching Sessions
2. Select Agent Name.
3. Select the Scoring Template. If you only use one scoring template it will default automatically. If you use multiple templates select the scoring template you used for scoring 5 calls.
4. Select the New Session button.
5. If prompted, select the Coaching Period Start Date.
6. YOU MUST enter scoring goals for each criteria in order to save your session.
7. Enter New Coaching Notes using Keep, Stop, Start methodology and other comments for the upcoming coaching session.
8. Select the Save Changes button.
