Creating New Agent Leads From the Reservation Sales Suite

Leads > Create New Agent Lead

1. From within the Reservation Sales Suite, Navigate to Leads > Create New Agent Lead

2. You have the option to:

1. Create a blank agent lead.
2. Find or create a lead by performing a data dip (recommended) by searching the database for guest profile information, the system can search the national database by phone or previous guest information by email address.
3. You can also search for an existing lead form to use. The system can search current lead information by first name, last name, and email address. Once search criteria are input and the “search” button is clicked, leads that meet said criteria will display below. Please refer below for details of each search function. When using the “contains” feature it is required to use at least five characters.
