Campaigns> PPC Performance
This report compares key PPC trend-based metrics. This report is meant to visually identify trends. Note the following options and definitions for this report.
- Start and End Date filters refer to contact date for the call volume and performance metrics selected.
- You will find the ability to filter by specific Campaign, Category, and Market. You will typically want to filter your results in this report by the “Web — PPC” category.
- In addition, you can enable the following check boxes
- Include last year and compare YOY performance.
- Multi-Select Mode allows multiple selections of filter criteria.
- Cost Per Answered and Cost Per Res Lead graphs indicate the cost for the selected period. Ideally, over time cost should reduce or remain the same depending on your goals.
- Cost vs Revenue graphs indicate total spend as compared to total revenue generation for the given period. Over time, cost should reduce or stay level while revenue should improve or stay level depending on your goals.
- Return on Ad Spend graph indicates ROAS trend for the given period. Ideally, ROAS should trend up or stay level depending on your goals.
