Campaigns> PPC Campaign Analysis
This report shows call volume and marketing performance on unique toll-free numbers based on the date period and filters selected. This report differs slightly from the campaign analysis as it can include data from your PPC accounts, sent to Revinate via a Daily URL Report from Google Ads, see your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for assistance setting this up. Note the following options and definitions for the PPC campaign analysis report.
- Start and end date filters refer to contact date for the call volume and performance metrics selected.
- Show Connection Status column shows the varying types of calls reported for each toll-free number.
- Multi-Select Mode allows multiple selections of filter criteria.
- Show Deactivated Campaigns will allow you to see metrics on campaigns that are no longer active.
The first 2 columns of this report will show you the name of the Campaign and the toll free number associated with it:
The next 6 columns will give you information about the call traffic related to each campaign:
- Total Calls indicates the total number of calls that came through on the Campaign.
- Answered IB Calls is the number of calls from the Campaign that were answered.
- Res/Lead Calls shows the number of calls from the Campaign that were marked as Booked, Not Booked, Hot Lead or Property Turn-Down
- Booked shows the number of calls from the Campaign that were booked.
- Conv% is the percentage of calls from the Campaign that were booked.
- Booked Leads indicates the number of leads marked booked from calls from the Campaign.
The next six columns on the report reference the Revenue associated with the Campaign:
- Total Revenue equals all revenue on any booked lead form regardless of booking method.
- Online Booked Revenue is just that – revenue from online bookings. It will only display if the property management system sends Revinate online booked revenue.
- Acct Booked Revenue is the amount of revenue generated by agents.
- RezForce Booked Revenue is the amount of revenue generated by Rezforce.
- Revenue per Lead shows you the total revenue per lead for each Campaign.
- Booking Assist on other campaigns revenue indicates that the corresponding campaign was the final number the caller dialed upon booking. Revinate gives revenue credit to the original campaign so it is not necessary to adjust reported revenue for the given campaign. This column is intended to help clients identify that a toll-free campaign contributed to the booking even if it wasn’t the original trigger.
The next four columns give you visibility on the history and activity of the PPC Campaign:
- PPC Impressions refers to the audience or number of people who see the PPC Campaign.
- Clicks are the number of people who have clicked into the Campaign.
- Total Cost shows you the total cost for the selected date range of each PPC Campaign.
- Click Through shows you the number of people who have interacted with the email by clicking through options.
The final seven columns refer to the cost of each Pay per Click Campaign with metrics such as cost per click and answered call, cost per lead, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and the percentage of budget allocation and revenue:
