This report measures listing inquiry lead conversion and revenue for each of your agents. This report looks at the last follow up agent that responded to a listing inquiry lead. This report is different from the Inbound/Outbound Call Conversion Reports in that it reports on listing inquiry lead origination vs. the booking method.
Data and key filters in this report include:
- Start/End Date - Filters narrow down the data displayed by “Contact Date”
- Source Revenue — Total amount of booked revenue for leads originated from listing lead contact type
- Leads — Total number of listing leads based on Contact Date
- Booked — Total number of listing lead-originated booked leads
- Revenue / Lead — Total amount of listing lead-originated lead revenue divided by total amount of listing leads
- Revenue / Booked — Total amount of listing lead-originated revenue divided by the number of listing lead bookings
- Conversion % - Percentage of listing leads that were booked
- Additional Call Results — If you select “All” for your call result columns then you will also see all call results used by your reservations staff.
