- From within a RezForce Lead, under RezForce Lead Information, click the Feedback button.
- Click RezForce Feedback.
- In the Request Type drop-down select Cancellation.
- Enter Request Details in the box provided (reason for cancellation, etc).
- Click Next.
- Once you select Next, a screen appears that allows you to browse folders on your computer in which you can locate a Print Screen document to upload and attach to the Cancellation Request. There you will find instructions for how to do a print screen.
- Click Done.
