Tracking > Inbound Calls
1. To change a call result from the inbound call tracking grid just click the call result once and wait for call result box to change.
2. Select desired call result and Save.
When reviewing calls, it is important to check the Message Reviewed box (M/R) in Inbound Call Tracking next to each call that is reviewed. That way, it is easy to filter out all the calls that have been previously reviewed as to not duplicate the effort and waste valuable time. This is what the Message Review check box looks like:
