This report enables you to examine your call volume in detail, including sorting data by skill and markets.
There are five different charts you can utilize when looking at Call Volume Analysis:
- Hour of Day — this chart shows you the total number of phone calls by hour during the specified time frame.
- Day of the Week — this chart shows you the total number of phone calls by day of the week (Sunday, Monday, etc.) during the specified time frame.
- Month — this chart shows you a comparison of year over year data by month for the specified date range you have selected.
- Average by Hour of Day — this chart shows you the average number of phone calls by hour during the specified time frame.
- Daily — shows you the total number of phone calls by day for the dates selected.
You can also filter charts by one or more of the following criteria, depending on the chart type: marketing category, call type (all, inbound, or outbound), market, campaign, call results, connection status, the day of the week and skill (press option chosen by the caller).
In addition, you will find check boxes to display the following: HUB Only or calls that were presented to Revinate dashboard and your reservations team. Reservations/Leads Only or Booked, Not Booked and Hot Lead call results as selected by reservations agents. Exclude RezForce will effectively exclude all calls that rolled to RezForce. Multi-Select Mode allows you to select multiple criteria with the filters selected.
