Campaigns > Campaign Setup > Email Campaign Routing
Email leads that have specific, “To”, “From”, and/or subject lines can be routed to specific campaigns. This process is outlined below.
1. Navigate to Campaigns > Campaign Setup > Email Campaign Routing
If you do not have any routing rules set up then you will see the following message: (No Rules Found)
2. To create a Routing Rule select the Green Plus Sign.

4. Create your routing rules
There are three types of matching the system will route to: the “from” address, the “to” address, and email subject line. The system will look at the “to” address before the “from” address. For each type of matching there are different rules:
- Is Exactly — looks for exact character string including spaces within the entire field
- Starts with — looks for exact character string from the beginning
- Ends with — looks for exact character string from the end
- Contains — looks for exact character string in the middle of the field
5. Once you have declared some rules, you can either edit or remove those rules by selecting the Edit or Delete links.
Note: If you go into the campaign management, and delete a campaign, this will also delete any routing rules that route to that campaign.
