Our Reservation Sales system provides many features and reports that enable you to ensure that your agents are making outbound calls in a timely manner, and review the effectiveness of your overall outbound calling strategy. Outbound Call Tracking enables you to see all outbound calls that were made during a specific date range - who made the call, the duration, and the Call Results - and easily access the ELM leads that are associated with the outbound call.
