Tracking > Reservation Data
Reservation Data is available in the Reservation Sales Suite under the tracking menu if there is an interface between the Revinate Reservation Sales Suite and your reservations system. The purpose is to be able to reconcile data between Reservation Sales and your reservations system for your online and offline bookings. This information is provided in real-time.
This report allows you to filter data by date type, start date, end date, reservation #, reservation method, and campaign. There are additional filters that allow you to only view missing leads, canceled leads or exclude canceled leads.

Understanding the Data
- Lead — this column shows you if a lead exists for a booked reservation in your reservations system. If a lead exists, then the view/edit lead icon will appear. If the reservation does not have a lead, the create lead icon will appear. To create a lead, click on the Create Lead icon. ***Please note that when you create a lead for an online booking the revenue will be reported as offline (inbound call, outbound call, web chat, email, or agent-created). We do not recommend that you create a lead for an online booking unless you want them to report as offline revenue. Finally, if you don't see either of the icons above then we have not seen a call come into the Reservation Sales Suite on one of the numbers listed for that guest or there are no phone numbers in the PMS for that guest.
- Res # — this column shows the reservation number from the property management system for the booked reservation.
- Res Made — this column shows the date the reservation was booked in the reservations system.
- Res Agent — this column shows the name of the agent that booked the reservation. If blank your PMS is not passing the agent information to Revinate.
- Res Method — there are three reservations methods: online, offline and unknown. Online is defined as bookings made on your website. Offline is defined as bookings made by your agents through agent-created leads, inbound calls, outbound calls, email (contact us and via partner sites) and web chats. Unknown means we are not receiving detail on the method from your PMS.
- Canceled — this column shows if a reservation booking has been canceled, true or false.
- First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Home Phone, Work Phone, Cell Phone, Email — these columns show contact details from your property management system.
- Check-In Date and Check-Out Date — these columns show you the dates of stay for the booked reservation.
- Base Rate — this column shows the booked reservation amount without taxes and additional amenity fees or whichever revenue field is passed to Revinate for placement in that field.
- Unit — this column shows the abbreviated unit for the booked reservation.
- Guest Type — this column shows the type of guest if supplied by your PMS. Examples are guest, owner, renter, etc. and depend on what your reservations system uses.
- Campaign — this column shows the campaign associated with the booked reservation. Note that if an online booking does not have an associated campaign it will not report in the Campaign Analysis Reports. Also, if online reservations don't show a campaign discuss with your Customer Success Manager as the online booking reporting.
