Reports > Scoring/Monitoring Reports > Agent Scoring Graph
The Agent Scoring Graph shows you how each agent's scores compare to the rest of the team's scores. The data can be filtered by a date range (it will default to month-to-date), agent, scoring template and criteria. You also have the option to filter the report down to Primary Agents only.
The graph itself will give you a visual view of how the agents are doing compared to the rest of the team based on their average call score.
